This database contains the family names and nobility from the old sieve maker (1605–1806) and the new sieve maker (1854–1961), as can also be found in the General Index of the Siebmacher's coat of arms. The individual data records contain direct links to the corresponding descriptions or plates in the digitized volumes of the coat of arms books.

The digitalizers of the coat of arms books come from the Bavarian State Library in Munich, the Lower Saxony State and University Library of Göttingen and the Heidelberg University Library. Volumes 13 to 15 of the bourgeois coat of arms are not yet copyright -free and are therefore not digitized. An overview of all 119 volumes of the coat of arms books, possibly with a link to the corresponding digitized, you will find hier.
