Einzelpersonen mit ständigem Wohnsitz in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland können sich persönlich für einen kostenlosen Zugriff registrieren lassen, falls ihnen der Zugang über ein Universitätsnetz, bzw. über ihre wissenschaftliche Bibliothek, nicht zur Verfügung steht.
