Fachinformationsdienst Geo (FID)

The specialist information service geosciences of the solid earth (FID GEO) is one of currently 35 specialist information services (as of January 2017), which are funded in the "Specialist information services for science" program of the German Research Foundation. As a nationwide system, the specialist information services complement the information infrastructures of universities and research institutions with national services.
