DBIS - Nautos - DIN-Normen - VDI-Richtlinien

Standards database: updated monthly, German, English, French - with around 2.6 million data sets from 28 countries: standards, technical rules, German legal regulations with technical references, VDI guidelines as well as European (e.g. CEN/CENELEC) and international (e.g. ISO/IEC) rules. Nautos - as the successor product to Perinorm - not only offers research into standards, but also serves as a portal for accessing the full texts. Access to individual sets of standards depends on the existing license of the respective library. For the University of Innsbruck, this is purely bibliographic access.

Description	The DIN standards and VDI guidelines as well as the AD 2000 regulations are licensed. There is no access to international standards, withdrawn DIN standards and DIN-VDE standards. We offer VDE documents via the VDE standards library Nautos not only offers research into standards, but also serves as a portal for accessing the full texts. To access the full text, please click on the blue symbol in the column: Document in the results list and the small window that opens. If the symbol is missing, the standard is not available in digital form.

Requirements	Before you select databases and download data, please read the publishers'/providers' terms of use. Access to the data requires compliance with these. Terms of Use Firefox IIf the PDF downloads but does not open, there may be a problem with Firefox's own PDF reader. Please check in the Firefox settings under Applications which action is assigned to Portable Document Format (PDF). Set this to use Adobe Reader (standard).
