DBIS - Flavius Josephus Online

Comprehensive historical-critical online edition of the works of Flavius Josephus (37/38 AD - approx. 100 AD). In addition to the comment published by Steve Mason (University of Groningen) in English, the database also contains the Greek text edition according to Benedikt Niese (Flavii Josephi Opera. 7 volumes. Berlin 1885 - 1895), 65 % of the works are currently available online (as of: 2025): Jüdische Altertümer (book 1 - 11, book 15), Geschichte des Jüdischen Krieges (book 2, book 4), Aus meinem Leben and Gegen Apion oder Apologie für das Alter des Judentums.
The other writings of the work are gradually processed and placed online by 2028.
