The database "Vospominanija O Gulage I I Ich Avtory" (DT: Memories of the Gulag and its authors) contains biographies of more than four thousand warehouses and victims of the Soviet terror, bibliographical data on 7,300 publications, numerous memoirs in full text as well as interviews with contemporary witnesses as audio files and transcriptions. This is the most comprehensive digital library and database of its kind and an important resource for researching the social, political and cultural history of the Soviet Union.
