The Database of the Prožito project (Russian: проhuses), which is borne by the center of the same name at the European University of St. Petersburg, allows access to numerous diaries and memories, mostly emerged in the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union. 700 of the more than 2700 diaries are initial publications. The majority are written in Russian, but there are also texts in Kazakh, Belarusian and Ukrainian. In many cases, the texts are available as searchable full texts.
