The Brandenburg State Office for the Preservation of Monuments and Archaeological State Museum cares for around 15,000 construction and garden plans from the time from 18 to the 21st century. Almost 2,700 plans about the development of individual gardens and parks and the design of memorial sites, including concentration camp memorials are of supra-regional importance. Cooperation project between the Brandenburg State Office for the Preservation of Monuments and Archaeological State Museum and the University of the Arts Berlin, Institute for History and Theory of Design (GTG), Department of Garden Culture and Freiraum Development, funded by the DFG.
