BauPreise.de is an information database for everyone involved in the construction that deals with construction costs, tender according to VOB and cost planning according to DIN 276. The version Pro includes all planning, offer and implementation phases. Pro contains over 50,000 formulated service positions with market -rendered construction prices and calculation approaches for wages, equipment and material. In addition, more than 6,000 cost elements and an extensive building catalog (with current "Von-Mittel-Bis" construction prices) are offered. The areas of new construction, old building, building technology, civil engineering, gardening/landscaping, asbestos renovation and cleaning/maintenance are covered. With the integrated LV tool, easily, cost planning and offers can be created and exported into text processing or spreadsheet programs.
