ARTOS – Artikel und Rezensionen zu Ost-, Ostmittel- und Südosteuropa

Artos is the central database for articles and reviews on Eastern, Eastern Center and Southeast Europe. Artos currently lists specialist articles and reviews from around 350 ongoing magazines and selected anthologies in the broad spectrum of human and social science research from eastern and southeastern Europe and the region. Historical magazines from the first half of the 20th century are also taken into account to a smaller extent.
Artos is accessible via OsmikonSearch and can be searched there in the overarching search or separately (by chop selection).

The essay database for interdisciplinary research on the eastern and southeastern Europe is created as part of the Eastern, Osticide and Southeast Europe. The project will be coordinated at the Bavarian State Library and developed in Germany -wide cooperation with specialist libraries and Eastern European science special libraries.
