Oxford Bibliographies / International Law

Die Datenbank zu ausgewählten Themenbereichen aus dem Gebiet des Völkerrechts verbindet Eigenschaften einer annotierten Bibliographie mit denen einer Enzyklopädie. Die englischsprachigen Artikel werden von namhaften FachwissenschaftlerInnen verfasst und es folgen fortlaufend neue Einträge (ca. 50-75 Artikel pro Jahr). Jeder Beitrag wird um Hinweise auf verwandte Lexikoneinträge und ähnliche Themenfelder ergänzt.

Zudem werden Literaturhinweise zu den jeweiligen Themen geliefert, in Form von z. B. Büchern, Buchkapiteln, Zeitschriftenaufsätzen, Websites, Datenbanken und Blogs, bei denen zwischen Einführungsliteratur und weiterführender Literatur zu Einzelaspekten unterschieden wird.

Links führen zum Volltext oder zum Standort des Dokuments, der Export in Literaturverwaltungsprogramme ist möglich.

Gegenwärtig verzeichnet die Datenbank über 210 Artikel (Stand: 06/2020) zu folgenden Themen:
