Most of the materials come from the Lillian Goldman Law Library at Yale University. The database contains texts from constitutional assemblies (including protocols, reports), city rights and early state legislation, historical legal reference works, and colonial records taken from the Primary Source Microfilm Collection Published Records of the American Colonies. This digital archive, which is important for the legal, cultural and social history of the Anglo-American cultural area, can be researched in full text.
