Die Datenbank bietet den Zugriff auf 60 digitalisierte Nachschlagewerke zu russischen zentralen und regionalen Archiven mit 100.000 Beschreibungen der einzelnen Archiv-Fonds. Das Projekt wurde in Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Firma EastView und dem US-amerikanischen Erziehungsministerium realisiert.
