DBIS - Reaxys

REAXYS combined and replaces the following 3 databases:

Crossfire Beilstein (contains the print edition manual of the organic chemistry by K.F. Beilstein)
Crossfire Gmelin (contains the data of the printed Gmelin (organometal chemistry and inorganic chemistry) since 1771)
Patent Chemistry Database

REAXYS offers information about organic, inorganic and metal organic compounds with structures, physical data and chemical properties (reactions) as well as the associated literature from 1771, as well as patents (where, EP, US) from life sciences and organic chemistry. For each substance, more than 400 different chemical information or physical properties, as well as pharmacological, toxicological and ecological data, can be recorded that are linked to the corresponding literature. In total, the system currently includes around 66 million reactions and 283 million substances, which include around 1 million reactions and substances annually.
reaxys predictive retrosynthesis is a AI-supported tool that enables the creation of synthesis plans for known and new substances using the REAXYS REACTION KNAWLEDGE BASE and the REAXYS Predictive Retrosynthesis module.
