justiz-online : Justizportal des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen

Das Justizportal des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen bietet eine kostenfreie Sammlung der wichtigsten Gesetze des Bundes und der 16 Bundesländer mit den Schwerpunkten Bundesrecht und Landesrecht NRW. LexisNexis stellt die Rechercheoberfläche zur Verfügung und aktualisiert die Gesetzestexte monatlich. Neben Links zu Gesetzen, Informationen zu Gesetzgebungsvorhaben und den Justizverwaltungsvorschriften (JVV-Online) findet sich die NRWE Rechtsprechungsdatenbank. Diese befindet sich im Aufbau und wird künftig alle richtungsweisenden Entscheidungen ungekürzt und anonymisiert online zur Verfügung stellen. Inzwischen sind mehr als 30.000 Entscheidungen eingestellt.
