For more than 50 years, the Leibniz Institute for Psychology (ZPID) has offered numerous resources for researchers and practitioners in psychology. These include, for example, the PSYNDEX database with references to literature and tests; PsychArchives, which contains research materials such as full-text documents, datasets, pre-registrations, and other resources; the Research Data Center; and the Open Test Archive, which provides freely accessible test procedures. In all of these various services, digital objects are documented to a high standard, archived for the long term, and made discoverable.
As a central, supraregional infrastructure institution for psychology in the German-speaking world, the ZPID has now consolidated its various services in one place. In the new search portal PsychPorta, users can search through the already processed information from psychological research in a single, centralized location.
