Hessenrecht enthält das aktuell geltende hessische Landesrecht auf der Grundlage des vom Hessischen Ministerium der Justiz herausgegebenen Gesetz- und Verordnungsblattes Teil II (GVBl. II, sog. bereinigte Sammlung). Außerdem ist hier das Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt I (GVBl. I), Veröffentlichung der laufenden Gesetzgebung, ab Januar 2003 zu finden. Im Gesamtverzeichnis sind alle geltenden und außer Kraft getretenen Rechtsvorschriften des GVBl. I mit Datum und Fundstelle verzeichnet. Bei außer Kraft getretenen Rechtsvorschriften ist auch der Text hinterlegt.
